For attendees
How does booking work?
When you book, you pay 20% to Retiru as a management fee. The remaining 80% goes directly to the organizer before the retreat.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each retreat has its own cancellation policy visible before booking. Retiru's fee (20%) is non-refundable.
How do I contact the organizer?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll have access to direct chat with the organizer from your dashboard.
Does the price include accommodation?
It depends on each retreat. Check the "What's included" section on the retreat page.
For organizers
Is it free to publish?
Yes, 100%. We don't charge any commission or subscription. Our revenue comes from the 20% the attendee pays.
How do I get verified?
You need to upload an ID document and tax details. We review within 24-48h.
How do I get paid?
You collect 80% directly from the attendee before the retreat, by bank transfer or your preferred method.
Are my retreats reviewed?
Yes, we review each retreat before publishing. Usually within 24h.
Payments & security
Is paying on Retiru safe?
Yes. We process all payments with Stripe, the same system used by Airbnb, Spotify and Shopify.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
How do refunds work?
According to the retreat's cancellation policy. Refunds are processed automatically to the original card in 5-10 days.
