Luz es una persona y una terapeuta maravillosa, me siento muy acompañada durante sus terapias y segura, sabe perfectamente como sostenerte y ayudarte. Las herramientas de gestión emocional y autoconocimiento que usa son muy potentes. Su retiro de sueños lúcidos para mí fue totalmente transformador porque conecté con una parte de mi que creí que no sería capaz de desarrollar, esa parte intuitiva y energética con la que percibes el mundo más allá de lo físico y ves todo en su conjunto y todo cobra más sentido. Además consiguió crear una energía de grupo preciosa y me sentí entre hermanas. Eternamente agradecida.

No he tenido el placer de conocer ese lugar, pero si encontrarme en mi camino con Luz El primer día que me reuní con ella no sabía exactamente qué me iba a encontrar y tampoco que era lo que buscaba, …ahora soy consciente de lo perdida que estaba y de el grado de ansiedad que tenía. Ella me ha dado las herramientas para gestionar mis emociones, quitar mis miedos y de forma milagrosa desaparecer esa ansiedad que me iba a poco a poco apagando por el grado tan alto de autoexigencia que tenía conmigo misma… No tengo palabras para describir todo lo que he sentido en sus sesiones y todo lo que he aprendido.. cuando lo hago todavía se me ponen los pelos de punta.. Gracias a ti la vida es más bonita y te estaré eternamente agradecida!!!

Luz organiza unos retiros super interesantes, con diferentes actividades (yoga, trabajo con sueños, meditaciones, etc.) en un entorno precioso, que invita a conectar con la naturaleza, el grupo y, sobre todo, con una misma. Ella acompaña desde su sabiduría, empatía y creatividad, generando un clima maravilloso y relajante. No puedo estar más agradecida. Totalmente recomendable todo lo que organiza y moviliza.

El retiro en Cantabria fue maravilloso, una excelente oportunidad para desconectar del cotidiano, practicar en la naturaleza, disfrutar de la buena comida, de hermosos paseos y compañía. Sin lugar a duda una experiencia para repetir. Luz es una gran profesional y con unas capacidades muy variadas: yoga , Ayurveda, coordinadora, excelente cocinera etc que hacen que sea una excelente anfitriona.

He estado unos días de retiro en la maravillosa casa de campo de Luz y me siento renovada. Practicamos yoga por la mañana , luego un desayuno con zumo de fruta recien exprimido. Por la tarde alguna terapia de sonido o masaje yoguico. Ademas de las actividades al aire libre. Ha sido una gran experiencia. Luz es una de las mejores terapeutas que he conocido y hace todo con mucho cariño. Le recomiendo a cualquiera unos dias de escapada en su precioso espacio en Hoz de Anero o si no tienes tiempo unas sesiones en su espacio en Bilbao.
