Decepcionante. Si vas a hacer un regalo, asegúrate de que llega el correo a la persona y el mensaje que le dejas. Después de 9 días, la persona seguía sin recibir el correo y, tras reclamar, me reenviaron el bono sin el mensaje de felicitación. Si la empresa da este servicio para regalos, lo mínimo es que funcione. Me ha hecho quedar mal y me da poca confianza el servicio que puedan dar.

Mi experiencia en Cumbria Bienestar fue un poco regular. Lo mejor fue, sin duda, el masaje en pareja, que resultó muy relajante y agradable. Sin embargo, el proceso para reservar es poco práctico. Primero hay que llamar para consultar la disponibilidad, después comprar el servicio en la plataforma y, finalmente, volver a llamar para confirmar la cita. En nuestro caso, nos informaron por teléfono que podíamos comprar el servicio sin problema porque habría disponibilidad. Sin embargo, después de realizar el pago, al volver a llamar nos dijeron que ya no había plazas hasta dos días después. Afortunadamente, todavía estábamos en la zona y pudimos disfrutar del masaje, pero la información contradictoria entre llamadas generó bastante confusión. Además, la atención telefónica podría mejorar, ya que la persona que nos atendió no fue especialmente amable.

He asistido a una limpieza facial con Mari, la cual encantadora y profesional. La limpieza facial ha sido muy completa y relajante. En verdad una experiencia muy buena y para repetir.

El spa en relación calidad /precio está bien. Cuando hemos ido las instalaciones estaban correctas. Solo una ducha no funcionaba,pero lo demás, ok. Completo. Cogimos el pack "masaje en pareja" con chocolate. Una experiencia fantástica!!!. A destacar el trato, tanto personal como profesional de las "Mares" (ambas masajistas se llaman Mar). Totalmente recomendable cómo regalo romántico para tu pareja (déjate de buscar tazas con mensajitos y packs de champús en Amazon). Para volver de vez en cuando.

Está muy dejado, el circuito empiezas por las duchas....sólo funcionan dos de agua fría, además sin piezas...agua muy sucia, fondo creo que restos, muchos, de los azulejos que faltan, algunos aún están dentro con el peligro de cortarte, surtidores que no funcionan, botones de funcionamiento rotos, sauna de vapor a oscuras, dentro..nose he pasado, focos de luz colgando de cables, superficie de alrededor muy sucia, creo que hoy no se había limpiado en toda la tarde He ido varias veces, hacía tiempo que no iba......y me he quedado muy desilusionada .....no hay mantenimiento...pero ya se nota el deterioro en la calle, estaba el patio y las escaleras muy sucios, llenos de colillas
