Una experiencia maravillosa!!! Me trasladaba desde fuera de la localidad y se me ha facilitado un horario y un día adecuado a mis circunstancias. Trato exquisito y muy profesional desde el primer momento que contacté con el centro. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

Decepcionante, pone un masaje de 45 minutos y eso hemos estado pero compartido entre dos personas porque solo hay una persona trabajando que va de un sitio para otro, música demasiado fuerte, mucho ruido y mucho frío ya que no tiene bastante calefacción para calentar el local. Ha sido para canjear una caja de regalo y llevamos casi un año para que nos diesen hueco porque siempre está ocupado, además de pagar un suplemento de 7€ por persona. No sé puede ofrecer algo con lo que no sé puede cumplir.

El servicio más decepcionante que he probado jamás. Teníamos cita a las 11 de la mañana. Hemos llegado a la zona más de 20 minutos antes. Para empezar venimos de otra población de y no conocemos la zona así que nos dicen la calle y el número y para empezar no aparece por ninguna parte el número 3. Hemos preguntado en todos los locales de la manzana y nadie sabía dónde estaba. Como no lo encontrábamos hemos empezado a llamar por teléfono qué te sale una locución automática que te dice que mandes un WhatsApp. No he mandado uno, sino varios. Nadie ha contestado. Hemos seguido dando vueltas hasta que nos ha dado por meternos en el centro comercial dónde ponían que eran el local 55. Para empezar se podía haber solucionado de una forma tan fácil como cuando les pedí la ubicación para poder llegar a haberme advertido que no es un local sino que están dentro de un centro empresarial que por cierto tampoco tiene número. De casualidad ya desesperados teniendo claro que íbamos a perder la cita, nos hemos metido ahí y lo hemos encontrado en un panel en el último hueco. Hemos subido corriendo porque pasaban unos minutos de nuestra cita y cuando nos han recibido les hemos comentado el problem

Hemos ido a través de un bono Wonderbox que nos regalaron y he de decir que tenía las expectativas bajas pero nos ha encantado! Super relajante, el masaje era de espalda y piernas y piedras basálticas y qué maravilla de manos ! Muchas gracias por la atención tan profesional y delicada 🥰
