He ido como paciente particular y muy bien. Ay, cuando me ha enviado mi seguro médico con 10 sesiones cómo cambia la cosa. Imagino que la mutua no paga mucho, pero claro ese no es el problema del paciente. La pobre fisio tiene que atender a la vez a más de 3 pacientes, su frase es : ya voy, porque claro no llega a todos. Te dejan en la camilla con las corrientes y hala hasta la próxima. Es difícil recuperarse de una lesión asi. Una gran diferencia con la rehabilitación de la SS para la misma lesión, lo sé porqué a mi madre se la hicieron, y bueno ni comparación. He decidido pagarme un fisio particular, pero no en esta empresa. En respuesta a la empresa: No creo que el que una de sus fioterapeutas atienda a 3 o más pacientes a la vez, sea por las características de mi cobertura del seguro. Es una práctica que ponen en marcha ustedes con los pacientes. Así que no rectifico. Más bien me reafirmo. Que a mí no me parece adecuado que una sola persona atienda a 3 pacientes a la vez.

Después de una operación de acromioplastia por capsulitis en el hombro, con una reducción de la movilidad del brazo, pido cita para comenzar sesiones de rehabilitación en este centro (soy cliente de DKV). Me dicen por teléfono que las sesiones serán de 20 minutos con el fisioterapeuta. Hoy ha sido mi primera sesión y lo primero que me dice el fisioterapeuta cuando empieza la sesión es que serán 10 minutos de sesión con él y luego 10 minutos de corrientes (el fisioterapeuta en ese momento se va con otro paciente) Apenas en 10 minutos hacemos solo un movimiento de movilidad, no da tiempo de más. Yo no necesito corrientes en este momento. Ni corrientes ni ondas de choque ni calor ni ningún otro tratamiento que no sean ejercicios de movilidad para recuperar la movilidad del hombro. Y lo sé porque ya he pasado por esto. Tuve hace años el mismo problema con el otro hombro. Y por suerte aquella vez la rehabilitación fue a través de la seguridad social. El tratamiento fue exquisito (tampoco eran sesiones de más de 20 minutos, pero el fisioterapeuta estaba desde el minuto 0 al 20 dedicado a tí) Esta vez no he tenido la suerte de acceder a la misma rehabilitación por las largas listas de

Ya llevamos tiempo acudiendo a este centro. Mi marido va todos los meses, yo ocasionalmente. El trato siempre es excelente y efectivo. Buenos profesionales.

Estoy encantada con este centro, en concreto el de la calle Vicente Berdusán. Practico pilates con Rebeca y estoy muy contenta con el resultado, aunque tenemos que poner de nuestra parte y ser constantes. También precisé tratamiento fisioterápico en una ocasión, y Yolanda me solucionó la lesión en pocas sesiones.
